23.Power to State Government to exempt. The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt any carriages or class of carriages from all or any of the provisions of this Act.] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Ss. 22 and 23 added, by Act 1 of 1898, s. 5.
