Section : Powers of Zilla parishad to make Regulation.

80. Powers of Zilla parishad to make Regulation.- (1) A Zilla Parishad may subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and with the previous sanction of the Government, by noti- fication, make regulations to carry out the purposes of this Act in so far as it relates to its powers and duties. (2) The regulations made under sub-section (1) shall be subject to the condition of previous publication and such publication shall be in such manner as may be prescribed.
