Section : Powers to give directions.

51. Powers to give directions.-The Central Government may, in exercise of its powers and performance of its functions under this Act, issue directions in writing to the Committee or the State Government or the State Committee and such Committee, State G vernment or State Committee, as the case may be, shall be bound to comply with such directions.
