THE STATES REORGANISATION ACT, 1956 ACT NO. 37 OF 1956 [31st August, 1956.] An Act to provide for the reorganisation of the States of India and for matters connected therewith. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- PART I PRELIMINARY
