Section : Probate and letters of administration may be granted by Delegate.

272. Probate and letters of administration may be granted byDelegate.-Probate and letters of administration may, upon applicationfor that purpose to any District Delegate, be granted by him in anycase in which there is no contention, if it appears by petition,verified141as hereinafter provided, that the testator or intestate, as the casemay be, at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode within thejurisdiction of such Delegate.
