Section : Probate limited to purpose specified in will.

248. Probate limited to purpose specified in will.-If an executoris appointed for any limited purpose specified in the will, theprobate shall be limited to that purpose, and if he should appoint anattorney or agent to take administration on his behalf, the letters ofadministration, with the will annexed, shall be limited accordingly.
