Probate or administration of rest.-Whenever a grant withexception of probate, or of letters of administration with or withoutthe will annexed, has been made, the137person entitled to probate or administration of the remainder of thedeceased's estate may take a grant of probate or letters ofadministration, as the case may be, of the rest of the deceased'sestate. Grant of effects unadministered
