Section : Procedure for the grant of licence or permission.

14. Procedure for the grant of licence or permission. Beforeg granting any licence or permission under 3*[section 11, section 11A, 4*[section 13 or section 29B]], the Central Government may require such officer or authority as it may appoint for the purpose, to make a full and complete investigation in respect of applications received in this ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. The words "on the ground that it had been obtained by misrepresentation as to an essential fact" omitted by Act 71 of 1956, s. 2 (w.e.f. 1-3-1957). 2. Ins. by s. 2, ibid. (w.e.f. 1-3-1957). 3. Subs. by Act 71 of 1956, s. 3, for "or section 13" (w.e.f. 1-3- 1957). 102 behalf and report to it the result of such investigation and in making any such investigation, the officer or authority shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed.
