Section : Protection of action taken in good faith.

31. Protection of action taken in good faith.-No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the Trust or any member of the Board or Chief Executive Officer or any officer or other employee of the Trust or any ther person authorized by the Board to perform duties under this Act for any loss or damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is done in good faith. Explanation.-For the purposes of this section, the expression "good faith" shall have the same meaning as is assigned to it in the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
