Section : Protection of action taken in good faith.

50. Protection of action taken in good faith.-No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or Director-General or Secretary or State Government or any officer of those Governments or State Commission or its memb rs or any member or officer or other employee of the Bureau for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
