Section : Protection of action taken under this Act.

37. Protection of action taken under this Act. No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Trust or 1*[the Reserve Bank or the Development Bank] or any trustee or any officer or other employee of the Trust or 1*[ the Reserve Bank or the Development Bank] or any other person authorised by the Trust to discharge any functions under this Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.
