28. Provisions of Act 2 of 1974 to apply to arrests, searches and seizures.-The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 shall apply, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, to all warrants issued and arrests, s arches and seizures made under this Act.
