Section : Recognition of degrees.

16. Recognition of degrees. The degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions granted by the University shall be recognised by 6*[the Central and State Governments] to the same extent and in the same manner as the corresponding degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions granted by any other University incorporated by 7*[a Central Act.].
