Section : Recovery of penalties etc.

16. Recovery of penalties etc.--All penalties imposed under this Act, or any balance of any fine, costs, or charges as mentioned in section 11 of this Act, may in case of non-payment or non-recovery thereof be levied by distress and sale of the movable property of the offender by warrant under the hand of the Magistrate who imposed the same.
