Section : Registration by Registrars in certain cases.

30. Registration by Registrars in certain cases.-(1) AnyRegistrar may in his discretion receive and register any documentwhich might be registered by any Sub-Registrar sub-ordinate to him. (2) 4*[The Registrar of a district in which a presidency-town isincluded and the Registrar of the Delhi district] 5*** may receive andregister any document referred to in section 28 without regard to thesituation in any part of 6*[India] of the property to which thedocument relates.---------------------------------------------------------------------1.
