Section : Repeals and savings.

37. Repeals and savings. (1) The Indian Extradition Act, 1903 (15 of 1903), and any law corresponding thereto in force at the commencement of this Act in the territories which, immediately before the 1st day of November, 1956, were comprised in Part B States and the North East Frontier Agency and ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Subs. by Act 66 of 1993, s. 3, (w.e.f 18-12-1993) 2. Subs. by Act 4 of 1986, s. 2 and sch. (w.e.f 15-5-1986). 35 (Chapter V.--Miscellaneous. The First Schedule. The Second Schedule.) Tuensang District (Extradition) Regulation, 1961 (3 of 1961), are hereby repealed. (2) The Extradition Acts, 1870 to 1932 and the Fugitive Offenders Act, 1881, in so far as they apply to and operate as part of the law of India, are hereby repealed.
