Section : Retrospective operation of a scheme.

6. Retrospective operation of a scheme.- A scheme framed under this Act may provide that any of its provisions shall come into force either prospectively or retrospectively with effect from such date as may be specified in this behalf in the scheme. --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.
