Section : Returns.

18. Returns. (1) The Administration shall furnish to the Central Government a half-yearly report together with accounts and such other information within such time and in such manner as may be specified by the Central Government. (2) The report shall be laid before 1*[Parliament] as soon as may be after it is prepared.
