Section : Revocation of will by testator's marriage.

69. Revocation of will by testator's marriage.-Every will shallbe revoked by the marriage of the maker, except a will made inexercise of a power of appointment, when the property over which thepower of appointment is exercised would not, in default of suchappointment, pass to his or her executor or administrator, or to theperson entitled in case of intestacy. Explanation.--Where a man is invested with power to determine thedisposition of property of which he is not the owner, he is said tohave power to appoint such property.---------------------------------------------------------------------1 Ins. by Act 10 of 1927, s. 2 and Sch.
