Section : Right to appear in any proceedings transferred to Calcutta High Court.

18. Right to appear in any proceedings transferred to Calcutta High Court. Any person who immediately before the appointed day is an advocate entitled to practise in the High Court at Patna and was authorized to appear in any proceedings transferred from that High Court to the High Court at Calcutta under section 17 shall have the right to appear in the High Court at Calcutta in relation to those proceedings.
