Section : Roofs and external walls not to be made of inflammable materials.

130.Roofs and external walls not to be made of inflammable materials.- The Nagar Panchayat or as the case may be, the Council by written notice, may require any person who has made any external roof or wall with thatch mats, leaves or other inflammable materials and in contravention of bye-laws made under section 209 to remove or alter such roof or wall within a period to be specified in the notice. 47
