Section : Rules as to grants of effects unadministered.

259. Rules as to grants of effects unadministered.-In grantingletters of administration of an estate not fully administered, theCourt shall be guided by the same rules as apply to original grants,and shall grant letters of administration to those persons only towhom original grants might have been made.
