Act No : 27

Section : Sanction for prosecutions.

20. Sanction for prosecutions. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (2 of 1974.) no court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except with the previous sanction of the Central Government.
