Section : Sanction of Central Government for warehousing of arms.

34. Sanction of Central Government for warehousing of arms.- Notwithstanding anything contained in the 1*[Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962)] no arms or ammunition shall be deposited in any ware- house licensed under 1*[section 58] of that Act without the sanction of the Central Government.
