Section : Saving of right to bring suit.

208. Saving of right to bring suit.-Nothing contained in thisPart shall be any impediment to the bringing of a suit either by theparty whose application may have been rejected before or after thesummoning of the party in possession, or by the party who may havebeen evicted from the possession under this Part.
