SCHEDULE II [See section 3 (2)] AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION (SCHEDULED CASTES) (PART C STATES) ORDER, 1951 1. For paragraph 3, substitute:-- "3. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, no person who professes a religion different from the Hindu 429 or the Sikh religion shall be deemed to be a member of a Scheduled Caste." 2.
