THE NAVAL AND AIRCRAFT PRIZE ACT, 1971 ACT NO. 59 OF 1971 [16th December, 1971.] An Act to provide for the establishment and procedure of Prize Courts and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title. This Act may be called the Naval and Aircraft Prize Act, 1971.
