THE TAXATION LAWS (CONTINUATION AND VALIDATION OF RECOVERYPROCEEDINGS) ACT, 1964 ACT NO. 11 OF 1964 [12th May, 1964.] An Act to provide for the continuation and Validation of pro- ceedings in relation to Government dues and for matters connected therewith. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be called the Taxation Laws (Continuation. and Validation of Recovery Proceedings) Act, 1964.
