THE VICE-PRESIDENT'S PENSION ACT, 1997 ACT NO. 30 OF 1997 [28th May, 1997.] An Act to provide for the payment of pension and other facilities to retiring Vice-Presidents. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be called the Vice-President's Pension Act, 1997.
