Short title.
THE ALL-INDIA SERVICES REGULATIONS (INDEMNITY) ACT, 1975 ACT NO. 19 OF 1975 [6th May, 1975.] An Act to grant indemnity in respect of the failure to lay before Parliament certain regulations made under the All-India Services Act, 1951, and for certain other matters connected therewith. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1.Short title. This Act may be called the All-India Services Regulations (Indemnity) Act, 1975.

Sir I am murali somayajulu from Vizag
to have a doubt that whether a law with force on the fundamental rights and its provisions can have do function on own accord or not as I have noticed in several service matters all the employees are approaching courts and begging for law as per article 14 and 16 of Indian constitution cover article 21
