THE MANIPUR UNIVERSITY ACT, 2005NO. 54 OF 2005[28th December, 2005.]An Act to establish and incorporate a teaching and affiliating University in the State of Manipur and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Manipur University Act, 2005.(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th day of October, 2005.
