THE BABASAHEB BHIMRAO AMBEDKAR UNIVERSITY ACT, 1994 ACT NO. 58 OF 1994 [30th September, 1994.] An Act to establish and incorporate a teaching and residential University in the State of Uttar Pradesh and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Act, 1994.
