THE SIKH GURDWARAS (SUPPLEMENTARY) ACT, 1925ACT NO. 24 OF 1925[11th September, 1925.]An Act to supplement certain provisions of the Sikh Gurdwaras Act,1925. WHEREAS it is expedient to supplement, by legislation in theIndian Legislature, certain provisions of the Sikh Gurdwaras Act,1925 (Punj. Act 8 of 1925), for the purposes hereinafter appearing;It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called theSikh Gurdwaras (Supplementary) Act, 1925. (2) It shall come into force on the date1* appointed by theState Government under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the SikhGurdwaras Act, 1925 (Punj. Act 8 of 1925).
