Section : Short title and commencement.

1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Delhi Metro Railway (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002. (2) It extends to the National Capital Territory of Delhi. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 29th day of October, 2002.
