THE RAILWAYS (EMPLOYMENT OF MEMBERS OF THEARMED FORCES) ACT, 1965 ACT NO. 40 OF 1965 [3rd December, 1965.] An Act to make certain provisions relating to the employment of members of the Armed Forces of the Union in the working and management of railways. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and extent.(1) This Act may be called the Railways (Employment of Members of the Armed Forces) Act, 1965. (2) It extends to the whole of India.
