THE NATIONAL CADET CORPS ACT, 1948 1* ACT NO. 31 OF 1948 [16th April, 1948.] An Act to provide for the constitution of a National Cadet Corps. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the constitution of a National Cadet Crops; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Short title extent and application. (1) This Act may be called the National Cadet Crops Act, 1948. (2) It extends to the whole of India 2* * * * and applies to all persons enrolled or appointed under this Act, wherever they may be.
