Section : Successors.

18. Successors.- (1) In any 2*[Central Act] or Regulation madeafter the commencement of this Act, it shall be sufficient, for thepurpose of indicating the relation of a law to the successors of anyfunctionaries or of corporations having perpetual succession, toexpress its relation to the functionaries or corporations. (2) This section applies also to all 3*[Central Acts] made afterthe third day of January, 1868, and to all Regulations made on orafter the fourteenth of January, 1887.
