Section : The Boards of Studies, Academic Boards and Management Boards.

27. The Boards of Studies, Academic Boards and Management Boards. - The constitution, powers and functions of the Boards of Studies, the Academic Boards and the Management Boards shall be prescribed by the Statutes:Provided that the Boards of Studies, the Academic Boards and the Management Boards shall have adequate number of members from amongst the Scheduled Tribes.
