Section : Vacancies amongst members or defect in the constitution not toinvalidate acts or proceedings of the Corporation.

8. Vacancies amongst members or defect in the constitution not to invalidate acts or proceedings of the Corporation. No act or proceeding of the Corporation shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy amongst its members or any defect in the constitution thereof. 105
