Section : Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate proceedings of Trustee Committee.

7. Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate proceedings of Trustee Committee.-No act or proceeding of the Trustee Committee shall be invalid merely by reason of- (a) any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Trustee Committee; or (b) any defect or irregularity in the nomination of a person acting as the Chairperson or a Member of the Trustee Committee; or (c) any irregularity in the procedure of the Trustee Committee not affecting the merits of the case.
