Section : Validation of certain provisions of Punjab Act 8 of 1925.

2. Validation of certain provisions of Punjab Act 8 of 1925.-TheSikh Gurdwaras Act, 1925 (Punj. Act 8 of 1925) (hereinafter referredto as the said Act), shall, so far as it adds to or takes from thejurisdiction of the High Court of Judicature at Lahore or prescribesthe procedure of the said Court, be as valid as if it had been passedby the Indian Legislature.
