Section : Validity of acts of Committee, Executive Board or sub-committees notto be questioned by reason of vacancy, etc.

22. Validity of acts of Committee, Executive Board or sub- committees not to be questioned by reason of vacancy, etc. No act or proceeding of the Committee or the Executive Board or any sub- committee shall be invalidated by reason only of the existence of any vacancy amongst its members or any defect in the constitution thereof. 517
