Section : Voting by proxy

20. Voting by proxy.--1* Every proprietor entitled to vote at any general meeting may give a proxy in writing, general or special, limited or unlimited, and singed by himself or by his attorney duly authorized thereunto, to any other proprietor; and2 the proprietor to whom the proxy is given, may vote on behalf of the proprietor who had given the proxy, according to the terms of such proxy.
