Section : What shall be evidence of distress.

165. What shall be evidence of distress. In any proceeding under this Part a certificate of the Central Government or of such officer as the Central Government may specify in this behalf to the effect that any seaman named therein is 482 distressed shall be conclusive evidence that such seaman is distressed within the meaning of this Act.
