Section : When marriage not had within two months after notice, new noticerequired.

52.When marriage not had within two months after notice, newnotice notice required.-Whenever a marriage is not solemnized withintwo months after the copy of the notice has been entered by theMarriage Registrar, as required by section 40, the notice and thecertificate, if any, issued thereupon, and all other proceedingsthereupon, shall be void;115 and no person shall proceed to solemnize the marriage, nor shallany Marriage Registrar enter the same, until new notice has beengiven, and entry made, and certificate thereof given, at the time andin the manner aforesaid.
