Section : ACQUISITION OF THE KONKAN PASSENGER SHIPS

SECTION 03: ACQUISITION OF THE KONKAN PASSENGER SHIPS

On the appointed day, the ownership of the Konkan passenger ships shall, by virtue of this Act; stand transferred to, and vests in, the Central Government free from all in cumbrances.
