Section : Alterations and renewals to steam-pipes

13. Alterations and renewals to steam-pipes. Before the owner ofany boiler registered under this Act makes any structural alteration,addition or renewal in or to any steam-pipe attached to the boiler, heshall transmit to the Chief Inspector a report in writing of hisintention, and shall send therewith such particulars of the proposedalteration, addition or renewal as may be prescribed.
