Section : AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2, ACT XLIII OF 1950

SECTION 26: AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2, ACT XLIII OF 1950
-Section 2 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950-, shall be renumbered as sub-section (1) of Section 2-and to the said section as so renumbered, the following sub-section shall be added, namely: "(2) Any reference in this Act to an order made under section 6-,section 9-orsection 11-shall, unless the context otherwise require, be construed as including a reference to any such order as modified Under section 12-,section 20-orsection 22-, as the case maybe, of the Andhra State Act, 1953."
