Section : Appeal from certain orders of courts of Small Causes

24.Appeal from certain orders of courts of Small Causes.Where an order specified in 1[clause (ff) or clause (h) of sub-section (1) of section 104 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908] (5 of 1908), is made by a Court of Small Causes, an appeal therefrom shall lie to the District Court 2[on any ground on which an appeal from such order would lie under that section].
