Section : CHAIRPERSON, MEMBERS AND STAFF OF THE COMMISSION TO BE PUBLIC SERVANTS

SECTION 14: CHAIRPERSON, MEMBERS AND STAFF OF THE COMMISSION TO BE PUBLIC SERVANTS

The Chairperson, Members and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code-
